John began with Fulford Construction in 1980 and transitioned into the remodeling division in 1989. He started his construction career in 1976, by going through a four-year carpenter-apprenticeship program and later worked his way into sales and management.
John lives in Smithton, Illinois with his wife Jamie. John & Jamie have five children, Kyle, Kip, Eric, Jessica, Michael, and a new grandchild named Logan.
John’s community involvement includes being past president and board member for the HBA of Southwestern Illinois. Golfing is John’s passion, but he also enjoys bowling, attending Nascar races, RV camping, and vacationing with his wife Jamie.
Trent has been with Fulford Home Remodeling since 2002. His decision to get into construction came after a few construction-related mission-trips during high school. He started his journey with Fulford as a carpenter for 4 years; eventually working his way into sales and marketing. In 2009 Trent earned his certifications in CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler) and CGP (Certified Green Professional) from the National Association of Home Builders.
Trent married his childhood sweetheart in 2004. He and his wife Stephanie now live in Fairview Heights, IL with their son Elijah. Trent is an active member at his church where he and his wife serve together inside their church’s music ministry. He also enjoys time with his friends and family around the leisure’s of food, coffee, hunting, and golf.
Ken has been in construction since childhood. Including phases from helper, a lumberyard employee, and a full-time carpenter, to a foreman and ultimately transitioning into the skilled estimator and designer-draftsman he is today. Ken started with Fulford Home Remodeling in 2004. Along with his abilities of creating a virtual world for the customer to view their projects, he has also created many of the systems our company uses today.
Ken was born and raised in Lincoln, Illinois. He attended High School at St. Paul’s Lutheran in Concordia, Mo., where he excelled in sports and art (gaining scholarships in both). Ken married his wife Heidi in 1994. Both are immensely proud of their 11 year old daughter Jenna. Kens hobbies include golf, watching comedies with his family, and taking a cruise in their 55 T-Bird.
After serving his country for 8 years in the US Army, Bobby moved to Las Vegas where he started in construction working for a large residential and commercial painting company running their remodeling crew. In 2006 Bobby started at Fulford as a carpenter before being promoted to Production Manager in 2015.
Born and raised in Michigan, Bobby met his wife of 12 years during his time in Las Vegas before moving the family to the metro east late 2005. Both are devoted to their 5 year old black-belt son, Wyatt. He and the family now live in Belleville, IL where he is involved with the local VFW riders group. On his off days, if not camping and fishing with his family, you're sure to find him either cruising on his Harley, or on the golf course.
Brian served in the US Air Force for 4 years until 1990 and has been in the construction trade ever since. Prior years at Buckeye Joint Vocational School paved the way for Brian to be a first class carpenter. After years of building homes, and owning his own construction company Brian decided to rejoin the Fulford team and has been a client-favorite for over a decade.
Brian lives is Mascoutah, Illinois and is the proud parent of his daughter Ronni Tschudy. Brian’s passion in life is fishing and he enters several fishing tournaments each year. It’s a safe bet that if he is not working he is fishing, on his way to fish, or at least planning his next fishing trip.
James started in construction working for his dad in 1973 and has been dedicated to his craft ever since. After years of working for other companies and owning his own business, he began with Fulford Remodeling in 2008 and specializes in working hard. Clients rave about his attention to detail, and no nonsense work ethic.
James lives with his wife Kat in Shiloh, Illinois and together have 8 children and 4 grandchildren. He and his wife both enjoy dancing, golf, and motorcycle rides together.
Kent was a dedicated employee for another local contractor for 21 years before that contractor decided to retire. Fulford Remodeling could not be happier that he chose to start his next employment chapter with us. Kent has a can-do attitude, and is a proficient hard working carpenter.
Kent is the proud parent of three children, Elijah, Logan, and Stephanie. He was raised in Caseyville, Illinois where he still lives with his wife Corrie. Kent finds his enjoyment in this life comes from the time spent with his family.
