This Swansea IL family decided to contact Spencer Homes Remodeling in hopes of transforming their back yard into an “oasis” of relaxation and fun for all of their friends and family. Spencer captured their dream and made it a reality by creating a covered deck and patio that was breath-taking to say the least. Spencer's “3-D” design captured the homeowners' desires and brought to life this design prior to any construction work being complete. The highlights of the screened-in rooms included all western red cedar construction, with a wood burning fireplace on each level, an upper deck for grilling, and a view of the beautiful back yard lake. Both of the fireplaces were surrounded by cultured stone and included raised hearths, mantles, and gas starters. This dynamic addition greatly increased the livability and value of their home, resulting in a “perfect” fit for the family.
