After making a previous purchase of a Spencer home in “Woodfield Estates”, this family contacted Spencer Homes Remodeling to complete their back yard with the addition of a Patio Cover. With the earlier addition of an in-ground pool the Miears' found the desire to have a Covered Patio that would allow them the option of escaping the hot summer sun, enjoy a morning cup of coffee, and be able to view a gas-log fireplace from their existing hot-tub. Spencer's breathtaking “3-D” design included a 13' x 23' patio cover complete with a stand-alone cultured stone gas-log fireplace, rot-free 10” tapered round fiberglass posts, and elliptical arched support beams. A rot-free PVC “Azek” material was chosen to make this a lifelong low maintenance addition to the home. As always the design included multiple lighting options including multiple ceiling fans, and dimmable mini can-lights.
