Five Secrets to Successful Remodeling

Chateaux at Woodfield Basement Finish

Finishing the “lower level” of this home in The Chateaux at Woodfield created approximately 1700 sq. ft. of additional living space. During the “3-D” design phase, a large emphasis was put on an open entertainment room, which included a custom built theater room, gaming area, and a custom bar with maple cabinets and granite countertops. Fulfords' design also allowed for a poker room, pool table, ping pong table, bathroom, and a custom craft room for their daughter. As always, Fulford Home Remodeling did not over-look the small details, by including multiple lighting options, a custom maple bookcase, an egress “Scapewel” window system, and a dual-sided open staircase and will be envied by all of their friends.
